The backbone of our recruiting begins with law school interviews and our summer associate program. We interview at a number of law school campuses in many parts of the country, and we devote a great deal of attention to a unique summer program that includes hands-on practical legal experience with direct client contact, as well as opportunity to experience the unique coastal environment and historical charm for which Mobile is known.
