Sara Elizabeth Lee is going to be speaking at a CLE scheduled for May 20, 2008 in Mobile at the Radisson Admiral Semmes Hotel. The CLE, entitled "The Art of the Settlement," is sponsored by National Business Institute. The topics she will be presenting include: "How to Succeed at Settlement Conferences," "Using Mediation When Settlements Don't Work," and participation in a mock settlement negotiation.

Practice Areas: General litigation, Construction Defect Litigation and Maritime Law.

Bo is an associate member of the firm. After clerking in Mobile, Baton Rouge and Lafayette, Bo joined Lyons, Pipes & Cook in August of 2007.

A native of the Eastern Shore, Bo attended the University of Louisiana where he served, among other offices, as vice president of the Financial Management Association and achieved a B.S. in finance. He subsequently attended Louisiana State University (LSU) where he studied both common and civil law disciplines and attained his J.D. and a second B.S. in civil law. While at LSU, Bo was the 2006 recipient of the Frank L. Maraist scholarship and was inducted into Phi Kappa Phi—an honor for the top ten percent of graduate students at LSU.

An avid saltwater fisherman and hunter, Bo resides on the Eastern Shore with his wife Kelly—a Louisiana native and Springhill graduate.

Bo is a member of the Alabama State Bar Association, Mobile Bar Association, Baldwin County Bar Association and Southeastern Admiralty Law Institute (SEALI). He is licensed to practice in the federal district courts for the Southern, Middle and Northern districts of Alabama. Bo’s practice focuses on general litigation, construction defect litigation and maritime law.
