This award recognizes 40 of the top local individuals under the age of 40 “who demonstrate leadership, professional excellence and a commitment to the Bay area community”.

Allen “Teeto” Graham was recently elected Treasurer of the Southeastern Admiralty Law Institute.
Long time LPC employee Amy Kleinschrodt, who is a member of Buccaneer Yacht Club in Mobile, and her crew of Sara Hall and Ashley Hall won the Mrs. Charles Francis Adams Trophy and gold medals for First Place in the 2009 U.S. Women’s Sailing Championship. Amy and her crew will defend their title on Lake Michigan in 2010.

Monica E. Soderlund
Law School: University of Alabama School of Law, J.D., 2008, cum laude
Undergraduate: Johns Hopkins University, B.A. in English, 2005.
While attending law school at the University of Alabama, Monica served as the Managing Editor for the Law & Psychology Review, Secretary for the Bench & Bar Legal Honor Society, Associate Justice for the Honor Court, and Member-at-Large for the Public Interest Institute. She was a member of the John A. Campbell Moot Court Board and Finalist in the 2007 Campbell Moot Court Competition. She was also a member of the Jessup International Moot Court Team, which garnered the title of Southeast Super Regional Team Finalist and ranked 28th at the 2008 International Final Rounds. She received the Thomas Goode Jones Scholarship, Jerome A. Hoffman Student Leadership Award, and the Dean’s Community Service Award. Monica currently serves as secretary of the Mobile Bar Association Women Lawyer’s section.
Monica was admitted to the Alabama Bar in September of 2008. She is also certified to practice before the U.S. District Courts of Alabama in the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts.
