We are pleased to announce Jay Minus was elected as ADLA Director for District IV, Will Gamble was elected as President Elect of the ADLA Young Lawyers Section, and Beth Lee was elected as ADLA Young Lawyers Section Director.

Beth joined Lyons, Pipes & Cook in August of 2004, after having clerked with the firm for two summers.

A native of Gulf Shores, Alabama, Beth graduated from the University of Alabama with a B.A. degree in Finance, cum laude, in 2001. She subsequently obtained a J.D. degree from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2004. While attending law school, Beth was a member of the Trial Advocacy Team, Defense Lawyer’s Association, Farrah Law Society, and she received the George Peach Taylor award for trial advocacy.

Beth is a member of the Alabama Bar Association, Mobile Bar Association, Baldwin County Bar Association, and the Executive Committee of the Mobile Bar's Young Lawyer Division. She serves as an assistant treasurer of the Mobile Bar Association, a Young Lawyers Section Director for the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association, and is a board member of the Mobile Volunteer Lawyers' Program. Beth is also a member of the Junior Executive Committee of the American Cancer Society.

Beth was admitted to the Alabama Bar in September of 2004. She is also certified to practice before the U.S. District Courts of Alabama in the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts.
