We are pleased to announce Jay Minus was elected as ADLA Director for District IV, Will Gamble was elected as President Elect of the ADLA Young Lawyers Section, and Beth Lee was elected as ADLA Young Lawyers Section Director.

Richard has been practicing law with Lyons, Pipes & Cook since graduating from law school in 2002. He regularly practices in the State Courts in all counties of southern Alabama and Mississippi, as well as the U. S. District Courts in both southern Alabama and Mississippi.

Richard graduated from Auburn University with a B.A. degree, magna cum laude, in 1999. He then obtained his J.D. degree from the University of Alabama in 2002. Richard’s practice focuses on general litigation with an emphasis in construction defect litigation, personal injury defense, wrongful death, condominium development and management issues, real estate litigation and premises liability. Richard practices primarily in LPC's Baldwin County office.

Richard is a member of the Baldwin County Bar, Mobile Bar Association, Alabama State Bar Association and Defense Research Institute (DRI). He is a member of DRI's Construction and Trucking law committees. Richard is also a board member for Family Promise of Baldwin County.
