Allen “Teeto” Graham was recently elected Treasurer of the Southeastern Admiralty Law Institute.
Long time LPC employee Amy Kleinschrodt, who is a member of Buccaneer Yacht Club in Mobile, and her crew of Sara Hall and Ashley Hall won the Mrs. Charles Francis Adams Trophy and gold medals for First Place in the 2009 U.S. Women’s Sailing Championship. Amy and her crew will defend their title on Lake Michigan in 2010.

Lyons, Pipes & Cook is pleased to announce A. Kelly Sessoms has been elected to a 3 year term as District 3 Director for the Mississippi Defense Lawyers Association and elected Vice-President of the Russell-Blass-Walker American Inn of Court for 2009.

Teeto has been with the firm since law school. He handles complex litigation in the Federal and State Courts throughout Mississippi and Alabama. He is also skilled in handling appeals through the State and Federal Courts of Appeal. Teeto was born in Pascagoula, Mississippi and graduated from Pascagoula High School. He earned a B.S. degree in Engineering from the University of Alabama in 1988. After receiving his law degree from Tulane Law School in 1990, Teeto entered the masters program at Tulane and obtained an LLM in Admiralty and Maritime Law in 1991 with an emphasis in environmental law and complex litigation.
Teeto is a member of the Mississippi and Alabama Bar Associations, the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association and the Southeastern Admiralty Law Institute where he was a past Port Director, Long Range Planning Committee Member and Editorial Board Member. He is a proctor for the Maritime Law Association and is a member of the Propeller Club. Teeto was recently elected Treasurer of the Southeastern Admiralty Law Institute. He was also named in Alabama Super Lawyers in 2009 and The Best Lawyers in America 2010.
Teeto is a former charter boat Captain, an avid fisherman and hunter. He is married to Prudence St. Pe’ Graham and has two children.
