Will was born in Selma, Alabama. He is the 3rd generation in his family to practice law in Alabama (father and grandfather). Will relocated to Mobile after graduating from law school in 1999, and has been practicing with LPC ever since. Will regularly practices in all counties of southern Alabama, the panhandle of Florida, the U.S. District Courts throughout Alabama, the Northern District of Florida, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.

In 1995, Will graduated with honors from the University of North Carolina, at Chapel Hill, receiving a B.A. degree with a double major. Will obtained his J.D. degree from the University of Alabama in 1999, where he was a member of the trial advocacy competition team. Will’s practice focuses on defense of construction defect claims, including defense of developers, manufacturers, general contractors, sub-contractors, and equipment suppliers. His practice also focuses on personal injury claims, including defense of products liability, premises liability, wrongful death, automobile accidents, trucking accidents, worker's compensation, and healthcare claims. Will also regularly defends breach of contract, breach of warranty, fraud and bad faith claims.

Will is a member of the Mobile Bar Association, Alabama Bar Association, the Escambia/Santa Rosa Counties (Florida) Bar Association, the Paul Brock Inns of Court, and he serves as President of the Young Lawyers Section of the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association.

Will is a member of Christ Episcopal Church and is married to Allison Dumas Gamble, a Mobile native.
