Practice Areas: Civil litigation, including Construction Defects, Pharmaceutical, Wrongful Death, Toxic Torts, Fire Cause and Origin related to coverage disputes, Real Estate Disputes, Architect and Engineering Malpractice, Maritime Personal Injury.

Walter was born in Mobile, Alabama and has been practicing with LPC for 32 years. He has tried cases in most counties in the southern region of Alabama and the Federal Courts.

Walter graduated from Vanderbilt University with a B.S. degree in 1973 and was commissioned on graduation in the United States Naval Reserve. He obtained his law degree from the Cumberland School of Law, Birmingham, Alabama in 1976. His practice is primarily civil litigation and jury trials in various areas, including construction defect litigation, pharmaceutical litigation, toxic torts, real estate disputes, wrongful death, products liability, fire cause and origin and related coverage disputes and maritime personal injury. Walter is a member of the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association, the International Association of Defense Counsel, the Southeastern Admiralty Law Institute, the Mobile and Alabama State Bar Associations, and the Trial Lawyers Association of America.

Walter resides in Point Clear, Alabama and is a member of Fairhope United Methodist Church. He has four children.
