Two of the southeast's oldest law firms combine

Phelps Dunbar LLP is pleased to announce that Lyons, Pipes & Cook, PC joined the firm, effective July 1, 2010. The firm's presence in Alabama adds to Phelps Dunbar LLP's U.S. offices in Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas and Florida and brings the total number of lawyers in the firm to over 280. The expansion also adds depth and resources to Phelps' regional practice groups and will allow the firms to continue to grow together and provide more services to clients positioned throughout the region.
